**What do you like best about Playbook AI?**

The Activityboard is a top-notch feature that helps perform all type of activities like Email, Call, Linkedin ,SMS from a single window. 

Email Enrichment, validation, and warming let you not switch to another platform for other needs.

Amazing customer support and practically no learning curve makes it easier to launch your campaign inside a single day.

**What do you dislike about Playbook AI?**

Nothing as such but an option to have the sales forecasting would be a boon to this already great application.

**What problems is Playbook AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Playbook AI is helping to track follow-ups, and with brilliant reporting, one can analyze the best performing stakeholders.

The Indian Calling feature is also very useful along with Linkedin activities.

**What do you like best about Playbook AI?**

Playbook AI is an easy to use tool which helps with mass emailing and follow ups. It saves the team's  time and reduces the manual effort of remebering when to follow-up with whom. 
I use it on a daily basis. It has a great customer support team which is very prompt in responding to queries and concerns.

**What do you dislike about Playbook AI?**

Playbook AI is a little difficult to implement initially, but after that initial hiccup, it is a good, easy to use tool.

**What problems is Playbook AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Playbook AI is helping me solve for mass cold outreach that we have to do on a daily basis. It helps keep track of follow-up, open rates and click rates of emails that have been sent out, informing our next steps.

**What do you like best about Playbook AI?**

The best of the platform is the campaign creator where you can create the workflow with different channels like Email, Call, LinkedIn etc.

Also the UI is easy to understand and the application has no learning curve with grta customer support.

I did not find any cons on the platform as it fulfilled my needs completely

It helped me carry out my survey campaign effectively via automation of emails and Linkedin Tasks.  The Dialer feature is also very effective.

The ability to create plays of as much duration and nodes as we want to, seamlessly! It really automates and simplifies the B2B sales process immensely.

The analytics section can be made a little more informative.

It has really helped us automate our cold email campaigns and, hence, saved us a lot of time and efforts.

IT's interface is very good and easy to use. The overall user journey is very seamless and the deliverability of the mails are also really good. Also, the support team is beyond amazing.

I haven't come across anything that I dislike as of now.

- Automation of nurture emails 
- Scheduling and automatically adding leads to the plays has considerably reduced to the manual work
- Better analytics and can keep a track of all the mails under one platform.

Great tool, helps to be disciplined and be aggressive. The cadences are configurable, and works with much ease, the calling feature is seamless. This keeps me on track and I am on top of my accounts. A must have tool for lead generators.

1. A reminder can help to enhance my day to day activity
2. Call logs, disconnect vs didn't answer these scenarios can be worked upon

The product is always evolving for the better, and any room for improvement is always appreciated and implemented in speed even if the use case was for a few requirements. But the customer support is the best reason to stay back with the product.

Nothing much to dislike, I have been using playbook for more than a year and not going to switch to competitor even if the pricing is competitive

Playbook AI is the best tool for Sales. It automates emails, LinkedIn and calls. To get all these features on the same platform is a blessing. we are using Playbook AI in our team for more than 3 months and our experience is very good the supportive get from the playbook team is Awesome!

The campaign is so designed that it targets new accounts and nurtures them in such a way that those leads start enquiring about our product.
A good software tool to be used by marketing and sales professionals.

The read receipts status for the emails sent through playbook can be added as a feature so we get to see who has read the emails.

Nothing. Innovation is the differentitor in the world of mushrooming competitors.  I am sure the Playbook team will always be ahead of the curve.

The product is quite helpful in running sales cadence for the Sales and SDRs teams. There are a lot of customizations that the product can handle. Their support team is always ready to help you out with any of your problems related to the platform.

The platform has really helped to set up the customized sales cadence for the team. The task flows really help to keep track of the reach-out activities. The CRM integrations pushes the tasks into the CRM dashboard where the users can complete the same.

When called from playbook but customer didn't attend and calls back, Call is received in phone. 

Hope there should the option to transfer to playbook app so that calls could be tracked

Make sure to complete all the steps in the onboarding, and upgrade to LinkedIn Sales Navigator for the best results. You should hire and train SDRs with the in-built help section, preferably video instructions to customize it for your process.
