Even after having all the necessary tools and features for no-code development, Plasmic still lacks some forefront. The platform is only accessible in the form of a website as there are no standalone applications to work offline. Moreover, the subscriptions for premiums are on a bit higher side compared to the competition. Those tutorials are easy and effective but you still need to have some technical knowledge to get started. We have also noticed that adding more features to the platform resulted in a noticeable performance decline, causing some frustration. Overall there is a vast scope for significant improvements in different aspects of this platform. Plasmic has been an amazing platform for us in terms of ideating and implementing designs of any sort with its fascinating content management system. Unlike most of the CMS's the limitations enforced by Plasmic in terms of designing and allocating the resources in webpages is really liberal. Since Plasmic has been a new platform in the field of web design, etc it lacks the presence of a user community in the platform unlike other established and developed platforms like Wix. There needs to be an improvisation in the learning curve of the platform because the tutorial provided in the starting of the landing page hardly describes or provides an in-depth scan of every feature and benefit one can avail from Plasmic.
