Planoda Reviews & Product Details

Planoda is an AI-native work platform that unifies issues, projects, cycles, docs, dashboards and automations on a single schema — and treats AI agents as first-class operators of that schema rather than a chat box bolted to the side. It is built to replace Linear, ClickUp, Monday, and Trello with one login, one data model, and one intelligence layer. Its distinguishing capability is governed autonomy: every destructive agent action passes through a propose/approve broker, is recorded in an immutable audit trail, and spends from a transparent per-workspace AI credit ledger. Teams get autonomous agents for triage, drafting and routine execution without giving up the ability to see, approve, and cap what those agents do. Under the hood Planoda spans the full workflow: multiple views (kanban, table, timeline/Gantt, calendar, planner), rich structure (issues, projects, cycles, initiatives, milestones, dependencies, custom fields), execution (automations, SLAs, on-call, PR reviews, releases, intake forms), collaborative docs, dashboards with predictive delivery and risk, and semantic search over issues and code. It exposes an MCP server (inbound) and MCP clients (outbound) to connect with the wider agent ecosystem, and ships enterprise-grade governance and security — SSO/SCIM, an immutable audit log, and row-level tenant isolation. Planoda is built for blended human + agent teams across engineering, ops, marketing, sales and leadership, and supports team sizes from 2 to 2,000. It targets a sub-100ms p95 interaction latency and a 99.9% uptime objective, and can consolidate 12+ separate tools into one platform.
