You can't export to PDF or jpg, you have no layers control, and there are no symbol libraries so you can draft 2d plans. it's a very very childish app, I don't recommend it in a professional setup at all. I purchased a yearly subscription while I was thinking I pay for a monthly one, and after 10 minutes of use I asked for a refund and they refused to do so for the reason that I agreed to terms and conditions that almost nobody reads these days. It makes it easy to replace furniture, check sizes, materials used, color palettes. Allows the design of multiple floors and the outside. Saves your progress and allows you to share with third parties. The weekly challenge is amazing to get ideas from other people. The versatility of changing between 2D and 3D is incredibly helpful to visualize the house. The 3rd rendering on the fly is the best I have seen so far. **What do you dislike about Planner 5D?** Would be amazing to allow people to upload furniture or create a new tool to design furniture. This would be helpful for Planner5D, community-created furniture could either be free or paid and profits split with the owners. A forum like page where people could ask for help with their houses would be amazing too.
