I can run it individually or all at once, and I can also open the prospect page in Outreach immediately with just one click. Being able to edit the fields and maximize the amount of pertinent information has been unrivaled in my experience. On top of that, the support team is incredibly quick to respond and always willing to help. **What do you dislike about Neuron?** I’ve noticed there can be issues with how information is written to Salesforce. Salesforce ends up generating the errors, but they appear to be coming from Neuron, which can be confusing to troubleshoot. I also find it a bit annoying that the Chrome extension sometimes starts analyzing a different window or tab I switch to, instead of staying focused on the window/tab where I originally opened it. This often forces me to refresh and reopen the extension multiple times. **What problems is Neuron solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sequence adding, prospect enrichment, contact creation, and account creation. All of these things I have had to do manually previously and Neuron is able to do all of it with a click of a button most of the time ### 2. It gives accurate results for names and contact details. **What do you dislike about Neuron?** Several times, there are no associated email IDs or contact numbers listed. Because of this, I end up depending on alternate prospecting platforms as well. **What problems is Neuron solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me, the biggest use case is sales prospecting and identifying the ideal customer profile (ICP). ### 3. Really simple and quick to use **What do you dislike about Neuron?** It did not integrate with Outreach when I used it, it does now though.
