**What do you like best about Neuron?**

Onboarding was smooth after that it was tough to get them on the phone

**What do you dislike about Neuron?**

We didn’t see results. However the biggest issue is the extra charges they never mentioned 

They use CRM voice it charges you over $2k a month to send your emails, do SMS and/ or robot calls from the database they say belongs to you

**What problems is Neuron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There database is good but extremely expensive these  charges they don’t tell you about

i love how quickly you can get prospects into the CRM

**What do you dislike about Neuron?**

the phone numbers are not very accurate - they usually find the company's HQ phone nuumbers

**What problems is Neuron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

prospect helps with volume batching certain people - saving me time on my day to day

**What do you like best about Neuron?**

Easy to use , pulls contacts straight into salesforce lists, 99% always correct information. Really simple and quick to use

**What do you dislike about Neuron?**

It did not integrate with Outreach when I used it, it does now though. Would be good to intregrate with other tools aside from SFDC

**What problems is Neuron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves me so much time day to day, as a result I book better quality meetings

**What do you like best about Neuron?**

I liked the customised segmentation of the workflows based on custom intent.

**What do you dislike about Neuron?**

There are some bugs to the software such as low intent users need to be segmented already without even asking from the user

**What problems is Neuron solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ABM is the large use case which i solved from using perfect prospect custom intent software
