Their customer service is unmatched. I have an amazing relationship with Suzanne Sweeten and her team. The only real drawback for me is the same one I have with most services: the cost. That said, Planet’s pricing is very similar to its competitors. And when I consider the level of service and the technology available, I feel we get more value using Planet for the same cost as other court reporting services. Recommendations to others considering Planet Depos: If your office is needing faster transcript delivery, more reliable customer service with someone available at all hours of the day, and a company that is on track with new AI advances and programs, trying Planet Depos is definitely worth it. The turnaround time for deposition transcripts with the new Deposition Officers and new technology is such a benefit. With a rough draft in 24 hours, we are able to better prepare for other witness depositions or propound useful discovery much faster. I use Planet Depos for all my court reporting needs. I've never had scheduling issues, and their customer service is top-notch. They communicate well and stay on top of technology changes, like using AI, to prevent surprises. Their Planet Pro Suite delivers high-quality results in just five days. We've had few issues over the years, and they've always handled them efficiently and to our satisfaction. Suzanne Sweeten is an excellent Senior Account Executive. Working with her and her team is always enjoyable, and their professionalism makes every experience rewarding. I consistently receive top-tier service, regardless of the company size I've worked at, from firms with 25 employees to those internationally with 500+ employees.
