It's an excellent screening resource. The data it offers is quite extensive and I'm always surprised at the information it's able to generate and the detail it has on some of the smaller venture-backed assets. It's great in the venture space. I appreciate how I can sort and filter companies to have a really good lay of the land on the number of assets in the space, what their financing background looks like, revenue / EBITDA estimates, etc. Having the ability to gather this information so easily and then being able to manipulate it outside of the PitchBook platform is useful. They’re great overall, but there are times when they don’t fit my needs perfectly (which is expected, obviously).
