PiqSi Reviews & Product Details

PiqSi is an inspection and maintenance app for property managers, estate agents and landlords, and for any team that checks things on a schedule. Use it for rental inspections, stock and inventory checks, compliance and safety equipment checks (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, medical items), lockers, EV charging stations, construction sites, commercial buildings, fleet, assets and daily operations. Inspectors capture photos, videos and voice notes on their phone, linked to the right room or item, even with no signal. AI-powered templates set up new checklists in minutes. Managers schedule and assign inspections, track progress and review results in the web portal. Finished inspections become branded PDF reports with move-in and move-out comparisons and digital signatures. When an inspection turns up a problem, PiqSi turns it into a maintenance job, collects contractor quotes through a simple link and gets owner approval. PiqSi works on its own or linked to PropWorx property management software. 14-day free trial, no card needed.
