## About PingLane
PingLane is web push notification software for Shopify stores that converts visitors into subscribers and recovers lost sales through targeted messaging. It integrates with Shopify without code changes, enabling quick setup. Compatible with major browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Samsung Internet, PingLane offers five automation flows triggered by shopper behavior: welcome notifications, browse reminders, price drop alerts, cart recovery messages, and back-in-stock notifications. Merchants can customize subscription prompts using templates in a visual editor, tailoring them to match brand design. Prompts appear as corner cards, toast notifications, or banners, with targeting options for specific pages, devices, or countries. Notifications include titles, messages, images, URLs, and action buttons, with UTM tags for tracking. Segmentation filters subscribers by location, device, browser, and behavior, while reporting tracks clicks, views, and revenue.
