Furthermore, the primary configuration of Ping Directory is to authenticate each and every ping user. Nearly all of the Ping Identity Solutions products that we utilize here are Ping Federate, PingID, Ping Access, and Ping Directory. The fact that Ping Directory has several stores, including grant stores, attribute stores, session stores, and others, is its best feature. Depending on the data we require, these stores have it. This makes managing and configuring very simple. Every attribute is mapped to and kept in the ping Directory's attribute stors. **What do you dislike about PingDirectory?** Nothing against it up till now. I'm hoping it functions as well as it does at this point and anticipate much greater updates in the future. **What problems is PingDirectory solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am improving my time in the market by working with the API technical user. for multiple authentications and experience verification with applications. ### 3. Instead manually, if we give any option to click yes/ok, then 5 digit code should automatically got entered. If they make it automatic, it would be better. **What problems is PingDirectory solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a multifcator authenticator tool inaddition to your username and password while logging in to your application. Itnis ankind of additional security layer for authentication, which makes your application more secure. So no one can easily access your account. ### 4. In addition to that, Ping Directory is mainly configured to authenticate all the ping users. Almost all of the products we use here are of Ping Identity Solutions like Ping Federate, PingID, Ping Access, Ping Directory. Best part of Ping Directory we like is it contains multiple stores like grant store, attribute store, session store etc. Depends on the information we needed, these store contains such. That makes it very easy to manage snd configure. All the attributes are mapped and stored in attribute stors of the ping Directory. **What do you dislike about PingDirectory?** One mainly bug we found that is the policy store of ping Directory may contain multiple policy of the same connection which ideadly should not. That may leads to big outage of such critical connection. Due to this we got one P1 ticket and outage. **What problems is PingDirectory solving and how is that benefiting you?** During outage, we found that policy store of ping Directory may contains multiple policies of the same connection and that leaded to outage. During troubleshooting we found that the error like policy unmatched cause the policy store can store multiple policy for same connection at a time. As part of resolution, we could to go with deletion of one policy and troubleshot. ### 7.
