"Provides Great Patient Database and Scheduler"

What do you like best about PIMSY?

PIMSY allows you to create an electronic patient record for each patient, archive closed patients, create EDE Statements for electronic billing, generates invoices for client statements, and has a useful scheduler. It also computes Payroll and can hold a database of all employees and their pertinent information for HR purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIMSY?

The software can be clunky, often loads sluggishly. However, there Help team is pretty responsive (usually hear back within a few hours) and the problem is usually solved quickly. I do feel that the team is open to suggestions for improvements and they do listen to their customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PIMSY:

I think PIMSY provides a great base for small healthcare practices, it allows you to maintain an electronic record, bill insurance, generate payroll, and so much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PIMSY solving and how is that benefiting you?

It maintains all client data electronically (all forms are easily scanned directly into the software) and it tracks payroll for the doctors. It also tracks client balances. It maintains our "HR Folder" of Employee information, which can only be accessed by administrators. It generates our Payroll. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PIMSY?

I loved being able to file large batches of insurance claims in one process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PIMSY?

I did not like the inability to have files excluded that were not properly prepared. I also didn't like having to manually document visits that needed to be excluded, so therapists could be informed of missing items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PIMSY?

The ability to take notes and bill for those sessions was very easy. It was helpful to be able to render appointments and so other could look at notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have an Eating disorders treatment facility. It has been difficult finding an EHR that can capture the needs of our records. Most cater to medical records, rather than mental health. The templates are easily customizable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
