PIMSY allows you to create an electronic patient record for each patient, archive closed patients, create EDE Statements for electronic billing, generates invoices for client statements, and has a useful scheduler. It also computes Payroll and can hold a database of all employees and their pertinent information for HR purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software can be clunky, often loads sluggishly. However, their Help team is pretty responsive (usually hear back within a few hours) and the problem is usually solved quickly.
