PilotAgent Reviews & Product Details

PilotAgent answers Facebook Marketplace messages for you, day and night, while your computer is on. Most Marketplace enquiries are the same few questions: is this available, what is your best price, when can I collect? PilotAgent answers each one with a short, natural reply based on your listing details and rules, at a pace you choose (from about 10 seconds to a few minutes), so buyers get a fast answer and you stop losing sales to whoever replies first. Every person who messages becomes a lead. PilotAgent captures names, contact details and full conversation history into a built-in CRM, so serious buyers never get buried under time-wasters again. Negotiation is handled by rules you control. Set the lowest price you will accept and the AI negotiates politely within your limits. It never goes below it. Setup takes about ten minutes: install the Chrome extension, connect it with your Agent ID, add your listings by pasting their Marketplace links, and tell the AI about your business. It only offers viewing or pickup times you have set, steps back the moment you reply to a buyer yourself, and replies while your computer is on with Facebook Messages open. Who uses it: car dealers and rental companies, landlords and property managers, furniture makers and resellers. Larger plans add more agents and Facebook accounts, and webhooks that send every lead to your CRM or a Google Sheet. You can also check leads, chats and settings from ChatGPT or Claude. Pricing: four plans, from Starter to Enterprise+ for agencies (current prices on pilotagent.ai/pricing). Starter and Professional start with a 7-day free trial.
