Picnic Host Reviews & Product Details

Picnic Host is a straightforward static website hosting platform designed for simplicity and reliability. Users upload their website files and their website goes live right away. Users can bring their own domains, or use one provided by the platform. Picnic Host offers a flat pricing model, with reasonable "use what you need" limits on bandwidth and storage. Paid plans start at $5/month, and a free tier is available. Picnic Host deliberately takes a narrow focus: exclusively on serving static content. No back-end functionality, no databases, no servers to manage. All plans include automatic SSL certificates (for secure serving over https), version history with rollback, and staging environments. Picnic Host uses industry-leading providers such as Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare, so users' websites benefit from excellent infrastructure. Picnic Host is a small, one-person business, built and run by the founder, Jeremy Sarchet. Support is handled personally via email, with target response times based on plan level. Picnic Host is particularly well-suited for portfolios, landing pages, documentation sites, personal projects, and any use case where fast, secure, and uncomplicated static hosting is needed.
