I use Pickup - Delivery Date Pickeasy to make it easy for my customers to choose the date for delivery on my website. It makes planning my work easier because I know when customers want delivery or pickup. I find it very convenient for both my customers and myself that they can choose the exact date and time for pickup. What I like most about Pickup - Delivery Date Pickeasy is that it's mostly very easy to use and understand. The initial setup was very easy from the start, and I thought it was very good from the beginning. The service you provide via Manaz is really great. I find it a little bit hard that there is some confusion on whether to adjust things in Pickup - Delivery Date Pickeasy or in Shopify, and how they work together. So sometimes I make adjustments in the app and sometimes in Shopify. Also, when I wanted to make adjustments, I found it a little bit tricky sometimes because I mainly work with flowers and I'm not working with computers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love being able to set the pickup time slots as well as the dates, and specify them for the days of the week. Some days are longer than others, and I like that I'm not forced into the same hours each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a lot of settings/coding that there isn't good documentation for, so you're basically forced to reach out to support for proper set up. But the chat was very quick to respond and the help was fast and accurate, so that's nice! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the customer service; they've been very helpful and quick to respond whenever I've had questions. Pickup - Delivery Date Pickeasy makes my website easy for customers to pick the time and date for picking up their orders. The only thing I don't like is when they update things that I've been used to using, and that's not a big deal. Sometimes it's just taking a minute to relearn things, but everything actually has been pretty easy and pretty helpful. Sometimes my customers have a hard time seeing the dates on the new calendar when they're ordering from their phone -- it can cut off some of the calendar screen. I like Pickup - Delivery Date Pickeasy because if I have issues within the day, I can just pick a date and time to speak with the agents and they can help me. It's very good because then all of the issues can be addressed straight away, and it will not halt the operations of the business with the website. I think the support is outstanding with Pickup - Delivery Date Pickeasy. Even though this stuff isn't intuitive, they make it really easy. The initial setup was amazing, and I also like how it helps with scheduling ease for customers and my staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
