The open days of my shop was very essential and to block the days in order to prepare my cakes. Then, it is very easy to set up my holidays and also, to see the calendar for my client for as example 30 days or more. So, this apps was helpful even though I was uncertain due to of my specific business (pastry). ### 2. It makes planning my work easier because I know when customers want delivery or pickup. I find it very convenient for both my customers and myself that they can choose the exact date and time for pickup. What I like most about Pickup - Delivery Date Pickeasy is that it's mostly very easy to use and understand. The initial setup was very easy from the start, and I thought it was very good from the beginning. The service you provide via Manaz is really great. I´m very greatful to him, and he is very professional. **What do you dislike about Pickup - Delivery Date Pickeasy?** I find it a little bit hard that there is some confusion on whether to adjust things in Pickup - Delivery Date Pickeasy or in Shopify, and how they work together. So sometimes I make adjustments in the app and sometimes in Shopify. Some days are longer than others, and I like that I'm not forced into the same hours each day. **What do you dislike about Pickup - Delivery Date Pickeasy?** There are a lot of settings/coding that there isn't good documentation for, so you're basically forced to reach out to support for proper set up. But the chat was very quick to respond and the help was fast and accurate, so that's nice! **What problems is Pickup - Delivery Date Pickeasy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm a small business owner and I don't have a way to deliver my products easily, so pickup was always going to be the best option. This is allowing me to minimize unnecessary time waiting for order pickups as well as communication back and forth between me and the customer to nail down a time slot after an order is placed. ### 4.
