What do you like best about Phoebe?

I really like Phoebe's parallel outreach features and the natural voice calling. It allows me to reach out to dozens of caregivers via text at once, instead of calling them one by one. The natural voice mimicking feature makes the caregivers feel comfortable and satisfied with the communication. Plus, the initial setup of Phoebe was very easy for me. What do you like best about Phoebe?

I like how Phoebe helps fill shifts faster by automatically communicating with caregivers. It reduces workload and helps reduce burnout by automatically scheduling tasks, so caregivers have an easier time filling shifts quickly. I like Phoebe's features that make massive time savings and provide faster resolution with better root cause analysis. I appreciate its ability to handle scheduling and back office automation, especially for 24/7 callout shift confirmations. I also find the initial setup is very easy and seamlessly integrated.
