Phoebe Reviews & Product Details

Phoebe is an AI teammate that helps execute the work your coordinators do all day such as: staffing callouts, open shifts, and new clients; tracking down and cleaning up missed clock-ins/outs; and answering your endless stream of incoming calls. Instead of spending hours every day on the phone or in text threads, your team can focus on growth, building strong client relationships, and keeping caregivers happy - while Phoebe handles the busy work. Phoebe plugs into your existing tools, such as EHR/scheduling systems like WellSky/AxisCare, your phone system, your internal communication tools like Teams/Slack, and more - to gain context from all of the communication and work that has happening across your agency. The more your team works in Phoebe, the smarter Phoebe gets - driving faster fill times, sharper caregiver matching, and progressively less human oversight until Phoebe is handling overnights and o, filling shifts, and confirming caregivers autonomously.
