**What do you like best about Phantom Threat Intelligence?**

First of all, the quality of the threat intelligence and its global coverage stand out.
As our company is based in Eastern Europe, we are often a target for pro-russian and other geo-politically motivated threat actors. Phantom provides strong visibility into actor profiles, their TTPs, and ongoing campaigns, allowing us to clearly understand who is behind the activity and stay several steps ahead.

Another strong advantage is the monitoring of underground communities and dark web sources. We receive timely notifications when our brand or related assets are mentioned, which significantly improves early detection and response.

Finally, the platform's UI is very well designed - clean, intuitive, and not overloaded. It's easy to work with the data without spending time filtering out noise.

**What do you dislike about Phantom Threat Intelligence?**

Nothing critical to point out. The platform is actively evolving, and the team behind it is extremely responsive.
We had a case where we needed additional functionality related to the Ransomware Groups module that was not initially available in the platform. After submitting a request, the team implemented this capability specifically for our use case in a very short time. This level of feedback loop and customer focus is rare.

**What problems is Phantom Threat Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phantom helps us respond to threats faster and with much better context.
In many cases, it allows us to identify and assess risks at an early stage, and sometimes even prevent incidents before they escalate. The intelligence is actionable and directly supports operational and strategic security decisions.
