I recently had a great experience with PFLB for performance testing on our software, and I can’t recommend them enough. Their team was incredibly vast and quickly referenced some barriers in our system. The insights they provided helped us make significant improvements to our application's performance.
What really stood out to me was the project manager’s involvement. They kept us on track and made sure we were meeting our goals. One of my concerns with PFLB is their pricing model. While the quality of the services is high, the cost might be prohibitive, especially for smaller businesses or startups that may not have extensive budgets for performance testing. This could limit access to their valuable services for organizations that would benefit from them the most.
