I wish the syncing between PetDesk and our practice software(Pulse) was a little more frequent so they could update faster with schedule changes. And when an appt is rescheduled, it'd be great if PetDesk can recognize that an update, change confirmation times for the clients, etc. Versus us having to create a new appt for the client with the the new appt time in PetDesk. Makes client interaction much easier. Some clients prefer this method of communication to phone call interaction.
