Using this to conduct hassle free webinars. It consist of preset themes and fonts which can be used for the slide preparation. It also has library of many images and gif which can be added in the slide. The presentor can link the hyper texts of the data so that it can be connected with the website and able to present the same between the slides. The adding of notes function is provided which only displays to the presentor of the slides which helps him to recall the content if any required. pdf conversion of PPT slides as e-learning content and can be published. **What do you dislike about Presenter?** Synchronization issues are only faced during uploading on the low data network, and some fonts and themes are not supported by online editing. The file needs to be downloaded first and then published. Collaboration is lagging, but the output is very good. No further issues faced so far. **Recommendations to others considering Presenter:** It helps the presentations to make published in the format of the portal required. It has various themes and a preset combination of headers and footers, which help the presentation's creator make the slide professional. Editing is allowed and can be collaborated with multiple users. It can be accessed with cloud storage, and various links can be added for a detailed presentation and are highly Recommended. **What problems is Presenter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Durin remote working and creating slides for presenting the business information to the clients which can be accessed from the Cloud, Presentor helps us a lot. It has various themes, and fronts pre-recorded and consist of a variety of tools which allows user to create the best professional slides. It can convert ppt to pdf and vice versa for publishing the same on various portals. It has a collaboration facility that helps the presenter to create the final slide with the inputs of multiple users at the same time. It also provides acknowledgment on confirmation and preview of the finalized slide. ### 3. They make it very user friendly. It's cheap, easy to use and allow to get a WOW effect from your audience in the first seconds. It is possible to change slide the "Minority Report" way. **What do you dislike about Presenter?** There are still few bugs on the applications, but the Personify team has always been very responsive. to correct them. One of the thing that could be improved would be the video quality (already good but not HD) but this part depends a lot from the Depth sensors camera vendors. **Recommendations to others considering Presenter:** Whenever you feel too remote from your audience, Personify is the right product for you. Easy to use, commonly used hardware (Kinnect). It's a great tool for teaching home-schooling. For whatever reason, kids think you are watching them. Very effective with WebEx screen sharing. Conserves bandwidth for audio. **What do you dislike about Presenter?** No dislikes about the product. When using Personify with WebEx, it is better to remain in Screen Sharing mode and not switch to your camera. More a problem with WebEx and Windows than Personify itself. **Recommendations to others considering Presenter:** Stick with the minimum, recommended hardware or better. Don't install the Microsoft Kinect 1l.7 SDK over this. There are driver conflicts. But, the Microsoft demonstration green screen pales in comparison to Personify. You will quickly uninstall. ### 14. Use of the product is geared towards the enterprise market, but this product has the potential to explode into so much more. Without a doubt, it's one of those things that you 'get it' once you see it in action. **What do you dislike about Presenter?** There's always a cost to living on the bleeding edge. Personify has some blue chip enterprise clients, but they are still making a name for themselves with SMBs. When I use Personify Live to demo for potential customers or present to investors, it blows people away! The simple setup, ease of use, and great support team (and trust me, all of those are amazing!) trumps in comparison to the "Wow" factor. It gives more of a face-to-face feel, and helps our distance learners feel like they get to know our faculty. It's easy to use, and VERY easy to integrate into our learning management tool. Our department loves using it--we've incorporated Personify lectures into almost every one of our classes. **What do you dislike about Presenter?** The camera requires some specific lighting to look "professional" in the recording. Part of the problem stems from the odd lighting in our offices, and it's taking us a while to tweak the configurations so that our personas look more solid without blurry edges (for lack of a better word). We've also had some trouble with sound being clear after the recording has been uploaded, but we might just need a better microphone. Basically, Personify Live itself works great, but we're still working on some of the technical issues on our end. **Recommendations to others considering Presenter:** It's an amazing tool for creating more dynamic presentations. We use it for teaching purposes (even though there are plenty of other ways to use it--we've barely scratched the surface, really), and we hear nothing but praise from our students, who think the technology is amazing and really enhances their learning. For some technology, it is very difficult to install and get used to, but this was not the case for Personify Live. It was very user friendly.
