Also, the system often crashing and reports do not always produce reliable results. **Recommendations to others considering Pershing Financial Services:** You should give it a try but also try other programs as well as this may not be the best one out there. **What problems is Pershing Financial Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pershing Financial services clears trades and shows the activity logs and holdings in clients accounts. ### 4. It helps us keep track of our Pershing platform accounts and lets us make trades through the website without having to call someone to submit or fill out a form. **What do you dislike about Pershing Financial Services?** The layout is a bit confusing and outdated. I have been using this for over 5 years now and have not seen many updates made to the site. **What problems is Pershing Financial Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** This has help cut down processing time as we can have access to accounts on one platform and are able to make a lot of changes ourselves through Netx360 without having to fill out and submit a lot of paperwork. ### 6. If I need to look up someone's account information, I can do it. If I need to make a trade, I can do that too, with relative ease. **What do you dislike about Pershing Financial Services?** The user interface of the mobile app and the web app are very different. The mobile app is very picky when it comes to depositing checks. Often I will get a "cannot read account number at bottom of check" after multiple tries. The desktop app especially needs to be brought into the 21st century. Information is difficult to find and the widgets are bulky and unsightly. **What problems is Pershing Financial Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to trade in brokerage accounts and view client assets in one place. It's easier than some trading software I've used in the past, such as streetscape. ### 7. I would broad trading and easier navigation of the tools available through the mobile app. Give it more of a feel like the desktop version but with the look and feel of the mobile app. **Recommendations to others considering Pershing Financial Services:** Again I would love to see a more robust capability platform available using the mobile application, it feels like a watered down tool, and if we want true mobility with our practice we need to have all of the features available for us. **What problems is Pershing Financial Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability for me to meet with clients on the go and review documetns for the their accounts ### 8.
