Perselio helps us solve the challenge of personalizing content on our e-shop and displaying relevant products to individual customers. We used recommendation widgets on the Česká mincovna website to show customers products based on their behavior and interests. This allowed us to provide a more relevant product offering, improve the overall shopping experience, and help customers discover products that might be interesting to them. As a client, I always appreciate having full transparency regarding how a platform works rather than treating it as a black box. I believe it is important to define clear expectations at the outset - whether the main goal is to drive revenue, improve margins, or focus on any other key metrics that matter to the business. From there, optimization should be aligned with those objectives, including selecting the attribution model that makes the most sense for the client. Perselio primarily helps us address challenges related to recommendation placements across all 15 of our European markets. With a product catalog containing more than 80,000 products, it can be extremely difficult to recommend the right product to the right customer at the right time in a way that truly makes sense. What I like best about Perselio is that it combines search, recommendation engine, and AI Shopping Assistant into one personalization platform. For a large e-commerce business like Sportisimo, this is very valuable because it helps customers discover relevant products faster and supports a more personalized shopping journey across different parts of the website. I also appreciate the flexibility of the solution and the cooperation with the Perselio team. The implementation was smooth, and we were able to launch the AI Shopping Assistant across multiple markets. Perselio feels like a real partner, not just a software vendor, because they help us think about personalization, customer experience, and business impact in a practical way. Another benefit is the possibility of continuous improvement. We can evaluate search behavior, recommendation performance, customer conversations, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, and other signals, and then use these insights to further improve the shopping experience. Since the service covers advanced areas such as search, product recommendations, and AI shopping assistance, getting the best results naturally requires continuous tuning, testing, and cooperation. As a possible future improvement, it would be useful to have more self-service editing options on our side for selected adjustments. This could help us react even faster to business needs while keeping Perselio involved in the more strategic and complex topics. Perselio helps us solve several important e-commerce challenges: improving product discovery, making search more relevant, providing better product recommendations, and supporting customers through the AI Shopping Assistant. For Sportisimo, this is especially valuable because we operate across multiple markets and have a large product catalog. Perselio helps customers find relevant products faster and creates a more personalized shopping experience. It also gives us new ways to guide customers during their shopping journey, not only through classic search and recommendations, but also through conversational assistance. The main benefit is a better customer experience and more space for data-driven optimization. By helping customers discover the right products more easily and by showing more relevant recommendations, Perselio also supports key business goals such as improving conversion rate and increasing average order value over time.
