Currently there is nothing that has impressed me very much. I am struggling to load my forms inside the tool. I might be trying the wrong way but even if I am doing it wrong, this says a lot about the tool's UI as I am one of the pro users of many such tools out there. The biggest downside for me is that it works only with Google suite. That ignores a very big microsoft user community. So even if I like the tool and if my org uses Microsoft suite, I would be unable to even recommend the tool to my org Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can enable an approval / rejection workflow using google forms and this add on without the need of a complex software or licensed web app which are usually used. PerformFlow is a good platform for organizing tasks among team members. It's good that we can connect it directly to Gmail to receive notifications of updates and efficiently respond to them.
