What do you like best about Performance Pro?

What do you dislike about Performance Pro?

As a supervisor, it can be a bit confusing to find historical information about past evaluations. However, I know there is a modern interface, so perhaps this issue has been addressed with the new interface that my Human Capitol department hasn't enabled for us yet. What do you dislike about Performance Pro?

I dislike only being able to suggest edits to certain areas of my goals. It's an incomplete process b/c of the limited functionality, especially annoying when my supervisor is very busy and pulled in many directions. That said, THANK YOU for finally auto-saving qualitative text entries!! In years past, we wasted so much time redoing evaluations due to forgetting to hit the Save button! VERSION CHANGED DURING USE DURING EVAL WEEK. STARTED IN OLD VERSION ONE DAY. NEW VERSION/LAYOUT NEXT DAY. TIMED OUT AND CAME BACK AS OLD VERSION/LAYOUT WHEN RE-BOOTED. THIS LED TO SOME CONFUSION AND ANXIETY THAT INFO HAD NOT EFFECTIVELY SAVED. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Performance Pro?

I like when I set goals I can add the percentages in for that goal. I like I can see the percentages for the weighted goal as well as set goals and then the steps your going to take in order to keep that goal.
