perfCopilot Reviews & Product Details

PerfCopilot turns the work your team already does into a first draft of their performance review. Instead of starting from a blank box and your memory of the last six months, you connect the tools where work actually happens, and PerfCopilot assembles a draft grounded in real evidence. The flow is straightforward. You pick a person and a review cycle. PerfCopilot reads the signals it has permission to see, such as merged pull requests, tickets, project updates, and activity levels, and writes a draft where each statement links back to the specific artifact that supports it. Before you see the draft, it runs a bias check that flags gendered language, recency bias, tenure assumptions, and vague filler. You review, edit, accept, or rewrite every line, then export the finished review into the HR platform you already run. Two things make it different from a general-purpose AI tool. First, every claim is cited to a real source, so the review is defensible and you are editing evidence rather than a guess. Second, there is always a human in the loop: PerfCopilot drafts and screens, but the manager decides and sends. What you can do with PerfCopilot: - Draft cited performance reviews from real work signals across 18+ integrations - Screen every draft for gendered language, recency bias, tenure bias, and vague comparators - Keep your existing HR platform and export the finished review into it - Run standard review cycles with peer feedback and goal context - Deliver a sealed, timestamped final review Who it is for: managers on every team, including engineering, sales, support, and operations, who have to write reviews and want them grounded in what actually happened rather than in recall. Integrations include GitHub, Jira, and Asana for work evidence; Slack and email for activity signals; Aircall, RingCentral, and Zoom for call and meeting activity; Salesforce and HubSpot for CRM activity; and Lattice, 15Five, Culture Amp, and BambooHR as goal sources. You do not need to leave your current system. PerfCopilot drafts from your tools and exports the review into the platform you already use, so there is nothing to migrate. Pricing: free for teams up to 5, with no credit card. Pro is $4.99 per seat per month billed annually and includes all integrations and SSO. Enterprise adds SSO, a DPA, and volume terms. On data handling: signals are pulled per organization and are never shared across tenants. Some sources are read for metadata only. For example, Slack and email contribute activity signals such as timing and volume, not message content. OAuth access is read only and encrypted at rest, and your data is not used to train models.
