I really like how you can drill down to hot spots by demographic. Additionally, it is helpful to understand the full story when you can click on a statement with low favorability and see how the negative participants responded to other questions compared to the positive participants. I have found the Theme Frequency report to be largely inaccurate regardless of which survey I am looking at - onboarding, engagement, and exit. It sometimes picks up more concrete themes well, like benefits, training, compensation, etc., but anything like trust, culture, teamwork, etc. the comments often do not correspond to the theme. Kantar allows us to pull quarterly competitive spend reports for all our clients specific to their industries, verticals, and competitive sets. Kantar has more channels available that other competitive reporting softwares including TV, out of home, digital, and print. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
