my main rep, Cris Vasilev, is not the first person I’ve worked with at Pepperjam, but he is by far the biggest reason I have network loyalty. At previous positions, I’ve been able to advocate the need for a multi-network affiliate program, whereas with Cris, his knowledge of not just client needs but partner best practices and expected experience really makes me feel at ease that he has the best interest for my program and our KPI’s. I unfortunately dislike how slow it can be to see a response from some publisher managers, but that has more to do with the publisher I believe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pepperjam proactively provides and maintains merchant-first commission rules that help keep affiliate programs at peak profitability. Pepperjam's network is well-established and they represent a critical mass of merchants in the network, giving them influence to improve terms with publishers. It's not as much a dislike as an opportunity to improve. I think there should be more detailed analysis of the top performing publishers vs. how they perform for other merchants in the vertical. Indexing will identify where we can be proactive to enhance publisher partnerships. Also, Pepperjam has started to manage influencer CPA programs, but should really be a leader in this space.
