**What do you like best about PeopleNexusAI?**

The payroll automation alone makes it worth it. What used to take days now takes minutes: salaries, PF, ESI, TDS all calculated automatically with payslips generated in one click.

We've been using it for around 4-5 months and it's genuinely saved our HR team hours every single month. Clean interface, easy to set up, and the support team is responsive. Great product for growing companies.

**What do you dislike about PeopleNexusAI?**

The initial setup and onboarding took a little longer than expected — there's a learning curve when migrating data from your existing tools. It was great to have more step-by-step guided walkthroughs for first-time users. That said, the support team was helpful throughout the process.

**What problems is PeopleNexusAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Two main problems solved: manual payroll errors and lack of HR visibility.

Payroll used to be a 2-3 day exercise every month with constant back-and-forth to fix errors. Now it's automated, accurate, and done in a fraction of the time. Compliance with PF, ESI and TDS is handled automatically which has removed a huge stress point for our HR team.

On visibility — leadership now has a real-time dashboard showing attendance, headcount, leave status and more. We went from reactive HR management to proactive, and that's made a real difference to how we operate as a company.

**What do you like best about PeopleNexusAI?**

I really like PeopleNexusAI for streamlining our whole HR operations, handling everything from payroll processing and attendance tracking to leave management. It has completely eliminated manual work for the HR team, significantly reducing errors. The clean and smooth UI is great, and even our non-technical employees find the mobile application very easy to use. I also appreciate their employee self-service portal, which allows us to access payroll, download payslips, apply for leave, check our payslips, update personal details, and mark attendance all by ourselves without bothering HR. Both the self-service portal and mobile app are some of its best features, and the fact that our non-tech savvy employees picked it up within a few days is impressive. Additionally, the support team was very helpful during the setup process.

**What do you dislike about PeopleNexusAI?**

Honestly there is not much to complain about, if I had to mention one thing, the initial setup and configuration took a little more time than expected. A suggestion for improving the setup process would be adding a short video tutorial for each module, like for payroll setup, attendance configuration, leave policy and so on.

I like how PeopleNexusAI helps in performing any operation in simple steps and with fewer clicks. It makes processes like payroll much easier by just needing to define the salary structure once and completing payroll in just four steps afterward. The initial setup is straightforward and they provide demo data to check things, which I appreciated. I find the user interface quite good, although there's room for refinement. I also like that PeopleNexusAI offers integration with tools like edso, SignDesk, and Microsoft for signing forms, which is helpful.

I think they can do refinement on the UI.

It helps save time through automation and simplifies payroll calculations, making HR operations faster and more efficient. The initial setup hardly took 20 minutes, which was really convenient. Also, I haven't noticed any issues, which suggests it has a good UI and usability. Additionally, it allows data import through Excel CSV, and I am likely to recommend it to a friend or colleague, rating it a 10 out of 10.
