**What do you like best about PeopleAdmin?**

All of the forms are in one place for Onboarding. We have employees in 48 states so haveing all the state forms in once place is wonderful.

**What do you dislike about PeopleAdmin?**

Not super easy to use as a hiring manager.

**What problems is PeopleAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our onbaording process was all paper, not it is eletronic.

**What do you like best about PeopleAdmin?**

We mainly use it to manage job postings and letters of reference that we believe are always confidential. We also partially use it in our recruitment and hiring activities. In all these it helps to make our work easy as it automates several processes. All our employee records are saved in this system and we find them in few mouse clicks. In combination with other software we get great analytics and performance details of all our team with ease. We also manage rewards with this software to reward all employees showing high performance levels. 

**What do you dislike about PeopleAdmin?**

It is more oriented to managing school human resources but it has also revolutionized our management greatly. 

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleAdmin:**

This is a great platform for managing employee data from recruitment to talent management. It simplifies the hard tasks in human resources management. 

**What problems is PeopleAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee records management is now simplified from recruitment, position changes and job descriptions. Most processes are automated thereby saving us a lot of time. Our departmental heads are also equipped with this platform and it syncs well with us.

**What do you like best about PeopleAdmin?**

Like many application platforms, this can greatly help expedite the hiring process for larger institutions. Built-in tools allow for customizations in preparing job postings, routing descriptions for approval, and receiving applications.

**What do you dislike about PeopleAdmin?**

My personal experience has found that navigating the platform, especially on the back-end, can be frustrating. Some of the features as a hiring committee member have to be accessed by clicking through a particular combination of windows, which are rarely intuitive. The user interface is also not intuitive, and can take a little while to conquer (or at least understand).

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleAdmin:**

I would definitely recommend others take a look at a walkthrough of the program. Dive into the features and see if it is something that aligns well with your company, and also look to see if there might be any other options out there that offer a more feature-rich, intuitively built program.

**What problems is PeopleAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PeopleAdmin serves as our institution's application management platform for hiring.

I use it for hiring. Why I like best is the ability to work with numerous positions.

Not too easy to navigate through the system.

It takes time to figure out how to navigate through the system, but once you get use to it it’s not too bad.

The ability to keep track of positions we are hiring for.

**What do you like best about PeopleAdmin?**

There are lots of stock variables and categories out of the box, along with some customization. 

**What do you dislike about PeopleAdmin?**

It can be a bit clunky and not as streamline or clean of an interface.

**What problems is PeopleAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it as one system for filing personnel information. We have been able to centralize files and increase access with use.

**What do you like best about PeopleAdmin?**

This was perfect for organizing the hiring process, by allowing us to track all applicants at any point in the hiring process. We were also able to keep them informed of their status which was greatly appreciated by potential hires.

**What do you dislike about PeopleAdmin?**

There were some workflow issues, especially when trying to move applicants in bulk. Sometimes I would be able to move them in bulk, but some options would not be available so they would need to be moved in groups or 1 by 1.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleAdmin:**

It is a wonderful choice if you are looking to grow your HR office, or if you have a multistage interviewing process that can potentially involve many different people. This is best used if you plan to keep applicants involved and updated during the process.

**What problems is PeopleAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This was helpful in a place that only had 4-6 people looking at applications and organizing them before sending them on to hiring committees. This also allowed us to shift all paperwork and applicant information though peopleadmin to review committees and interviewers easily.

**What do you like best about PeopleAdmin?**

It is simple to find people and update the properties on each account.

**What do you dislike about PeopleAdmin?**

We do not sync well with SCT Banner and there is sometimes a mismatch between what our users see and what is considered the "official record" at our organization.

**What problems is PeopleAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PeopleAdmin gives us a way to expose the account information to the users without risking PHI exposure or access to confidential information.

**What do you like best about PeopleAdmin?**

I believe the product is very straight forward and easy to use as a Recruiter/HR User. Having the flexibility to change workflows is nice. Their customer service has been improving as well, they have created a new live chat feature which has turned their response time around. The recruiting site is easy to use for internal users and for applicants also. 

**What do you dislike about PeopleAdmin?**

The performance module is clunky and doesn't match the Hire and Position modules, wish there was more consistency. 

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleAdmin:**

PeopleAdmin was just recently acquired by another company which works with K-12 schools, I think this will be helpful for them to create new productions for both K-12 and higher ed. They just recently put out new improvements on their homepage to give it a fresh look, I suspect more changes will be coming soon. 

**What problems is PeopleAdmin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They provide Recruiting and HR hiring functionality and performance modules.

**What do you like best about PeopleAdmin?**

It is a stop gap product that we are using to manage our applications and search committees. 

**What do you dislike about PeopleAdmin?**

The UI is very outdated and not helpful for managing hiring in competition with LinkedIn and other more modern systems.

We are using it for hiring and it empowers our hiring managers to take charge of the process.

**What do you like best about PeopleAdmin?**

This make it easy to screen new applicants for positions we have available. We simply download the complete document with attachments then screen. Moving people through workflows is a quick and simple process, and the automatic letter sending when workflows change are very useful.

**What do you dislike about PeopleAdmin?**

There have only been small issues for us like the inability to change forms when position have been posted, there is also some issues with recommendation letters uploading.

We are able to organize our hiring and keep track of the positions, also we are able to answer questions by viewing draft applications and sharing where they are in our process.
