Our organisation was able to integrate PCI Vault and start using it within just a few hours of signing up. Support was excellent, and our questions about PCI compliance and data imports were answered right away. PCI Vault is priced competitively when compared to other providers in the space, but their zero-knowledge environment and scalability truly stood out to us as we had to deal with processing thousands of requests per second. The PCI Vault environment and API is well designed and was the only suitable solution for our usability and accessibility needs. The PCI proxy also allowed for the intelligent routing of requests without having to do any heavy lifting from our end. As a technical solutions providers I would highly recommend PCI Vault in reducing PCI compliance burden and liability through their zero-knowledge architecture. **What do you dislike about PCI Vault?** The solution is quite technical so we needed to rely on our developers to ensure implementation is achieved correctly and in a compliant manner. PCI Vault does not consult customers on PCI compliance and you will need to discuss this with a partner of theirs should you need advice. **What problems is PCI Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?** PCI Vault assisted us in becoming PCI compliant and maintaining compliance while processing via multiple payment providers and storing payment card data ourselves within their PCI DSS level 1 compliant environment. ### 2. PCI Vault allowed us to take control of our payment card data held by Stripe and now we can process using our own rules via any of our payment providers and banking partners. This is saving us a significant amount of money as payments can be routed to our most cost-effective partner globally. **What do you dislike about PCI Vault?** They do not offer telephonic support, but it's a team of developers so what would you expect. They are however insanely fast to assist and resolve any issues via email which makes up for me wanting to have a nice chat now and again. **What problems is PCI Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?** We store all our payment card data in the PCI Vault. This removes the need to us to obtain PCI compliance in-house and allows us to work with partners like Stripe to share customers credit card details in order for us to route payments as would be most cost effective for our customer base. ### 3. This has been a gamechanger in compliance cost and time and we would highly recommend using a third-party service provider like PCI Vault to handle compliance for PSPs, Acquirers and Issuers. **What do you dislike about PCI Vault?** It's a great solution, but it comes without the additional bells and wistles that some of it's competitors provide. Granted their cost point is alot higher. We prefer simplicity and therefore do not find this to be a negative. **What problems is PCI Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?** The encryption and storage of senstive bank account and credit card data is handled by PCI Vault for us. This makes it so much easier dealing with banks and payment gateways when it comes to processing customer payment data. ### 5. They have even provided us with a Wordpress plugin to capture card data securely. This made integration as simple as adding a shortcode to our Wordpress backend. **What do you dislike about PCI Vault?** This is not the cheapest solution out there, but you get what you pay for.
