It was simple and easy to navigate to make changes to the rewards and messages for the target market. **What do you dislike about Paylode?** The choice of perks in some categories, especially in the IT sphere and software, seems quite unimpressive. This restricts the total value delivered for my particular clients or customers in question. **What problems is Paylode solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was able to avoid a wasted money and not have to design an entirely unique perks program. This allows me to develop clientele base while at the same time avoiding the rigors of scouting for deals and negotiating on my own. **What do you dislike about Paylode?** The reporting features are a little cumbersome. I find difficulties in understanding the reaction of my customers to the perks program and how they are using it. In order to find out what is effective and what is not, I need to look deeper into the data. **What problems is Paylode solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paylode is a godsend as far as delivering what I need to set up a customer perk system is concerned. Installation of the program was easy and the navigation for myself and my customers is well laid-out. **What do you dislike about Paylode?** It has not perhaps been the biggest shopping event but there are several large brands and a lot of discounts do appear to target national brands or online stores. **What problems is Paylode solving and how is that benefiting you?** I do not have to negotiate deals on my own. Moreover I believe it has most top brands under one roof. **What do you dislike about Paylode?** That's a very difficult thing to say because Paylode is completely flawless and i don't think there's anything that can be disliked. One improvement that can be made is their mobile browser interface. **What problems is Paylode solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its an awesome service. We had to hire marketing agencies earlier for cross promotion but it was very limited, and hardly we could tie up with a good brand. But Paylode made it so easy. ### 12.
