I use Passeca's SOC service to manage alerts and incidents across our hybrid infrastructure. Since onboarding, response times have improved, and the volume of false positives has dropped noticeably. Passeca helps maintain better visibility across our environment and deals with high alert volumes and limited internal capacity to monitor our hybrid environment around the clock. Their 24/7 monitoring, structured triage processes, and skilled analysts ensure incidents are handled consistently. Features like centralized alert tracing and clear escalation procedures help maintain reliability and reduce missed or delayed incidents. The most valuable aspects for me are their skilled analysts, structured incident response processes, and the clear actionable alerts they provide, which make it easy for our team to act quickly and maintain strong oversight of our infrastructure. I find Passeca's structured processes, including clear alert categorization, defined escalation workflows, and timely analyst notifications, help us prioritize critical incidents efficiently without getting overwhelmed by noise. Passeca's PassIRP platform provides centralized visibility, alert management, and reporting, effectively integrating our endpoints and cloud services. This helps analysts monitor, triage, and respond to incidents efficiently. I appreciate that these features make it easy to maintain security oversight and encourage us to continue and expand our partnership for ongoing SOC support. What problems is Passeca solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our mobile application and related APIs underwent a penetration test by Passeca. Access control between services, token handling, and authentication flows were all included in the scope. A number of flaws pertaining to session management and API exposure were found.
