The most useful part is having partner onboarding, referral tracking, commissions, and payouts organized in one place. For a founder, this removes a lot of manual work that usually happens across spreadsheets, emails, and payment tools. It makes it much easier to know which partners are active, which referrals are converting, and what needs to be paid out. I also like that the product keeps the workflow simple. Instead of spending time managing the operational side of partnerships, teams can focus more on building relationships with partners and growing the channel. **What do you dislike about PartnerDock?** There is not much to dislike about PartnerDock from my experience so far. The product solves a clear problem and the core workflow is simple to understand. If I had to suggest one area of improvement, it would be around adding more advanced reporting and deeper integrations as the product matures. For example, more detailed partner performance insights, custom commission rules, and additional payout or CRM integrations would make it even more useful for teams managing larger partner programs. Overall, these are more growth-stage improvements than major issues. The foundation is strong, and with more integrations and analytics, PartnerDock can become even more valuable for SaaS and Shopify app teams. **What problems is PartnerDock solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before PartnerDock, managing a partner or affiliate program felt like something that could easily become manual and messy. Partner onboarding, referral tracking, commission visibility, and payout follow-ups often end up spread across spreadsheets, emails, and separate tools. PartnerDock helps bring that workflow into one place. We can manage partners more clearly, track referrals, understand which partners are driving results, and keep commission-related work more organized. This reduces the back-and-forth and makes the partner program feel much easier to run. The biggest benefit is that it saves time and gives better visibility. Instead of spending hours manually checking referrals or updating spreadsheets, the team can focus more on building partner relationships and growing the channel. It also reduces the chances of missing partner activity or making manual tracking errors. For SaaS and Shopify app companies, this is valuable because partnerships can be a strong growth channel, but only if the operational side is handled properly. The was gracious enough to onboard us and make minor adjustments in the product so that we can automate it 100%. It has a very reliable performance with every task being done on time. **What do you dislike about PartnerDock?** I don't have too many complaints with the products apart from maybe integrations. As I am not technology native, it took time for me to integrate our reporting systems. **What problems is PartnerDock solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Partnerdock, I was manually maintaining my affiliate business. Also I had no way to pitch my business to different affiliates. After Partnerdock, I have been able to automate approx 10 hours of my weekly work. At the moment of writing, it’s just missing a couple of features, but I spoke with support and they said those are on the roadmap.
