I was thrilled with the service, which worked extremely well until last November. **What do you dislike about Parsio.io?** I was using Parsio to extract data from certain emails I receive. However, the email forwarding feature no longer works, and Parsio no longer "receives" emails forwarded by Gmail. The customer service, which is extremely poor by the way, suggested I subscribe to a €30/month add-on to get the service working again. I’ve perfectly understood the move: Parsio intentionally degraded the service for AppSumo customers in order to force them into a paid monthly plan. Even those with minimal technical expertise can easily navigate the platform. The drag and drop functionality for document uploads. **What do you dislike about Parsio.io?** Sometimes it struggles with more complex layouts or heavily formatted documents **What problems is Parsio.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is useful for extracting data from documents. It is helping a lot in my day to day activities and helping me save time. ### 3. The second best thing is thir table field which lets you extract information in a tabular format from emails . **What do you dislike about Parsio.io?** Nothing as of now but UI could be better. **What problems is Parsio.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were receiving a lot of leads via emails. Most of the team just wanted to stop copy paste nightmare from emails. So, we saw a saviour in Parsio, we created templates for the emails we were receiving and Parsio simplified our way by doing pur mundane task of copy pasting from emails. Another point was, once this information is extracted from emails, we added in our crm. Parsio has webhooks which allowed us to run at automation by creating an entry from email into our crm. We save almost an employee's hours every week with Parsio! ### 4. I am a dance teacher, not a coder. Still, I can now parse my emails and automate a process that was very cumbersome before! It is easy to use and set up. Almost self-explanatory. Getting specific data from complicated mails is a little bit more difficult - however, their AMAZING support helps you and really supports you thoroughly as long as you don't know exactly how to achieve what you want to achieve. That's a big plus. After a template is built, everything else is easy. Integrates well to anything with Webhooks, Zapier and Google Sheets. **What do you dislike about Parsio.io?** Disliking is not the right word in this context. Setting up complicated templates is not the easiest thing on earth. However, it gets easy when their support helps you. Writing them is definitely recommended. I would wish for KonnectzIT and Hexomatic integrations! **Recommendations to others considering Parsio.io:** If you have difficulties, reach out to their support. Super responsive these guys! **What problems is Parsio.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1) My whole accounting now runs automized with Parsio. WooCommerce (and Mastera) -> Parsio -> KonnectzIT (Webhooks) -> my accounting software. 2) Regular email reports (SEO, Pagespeed, etc.) are sent automatically to Google Sheets and than integrated in my KPI Dashboard at my FlowyTeam account ### 5. The interface is really intuitive, everything is super easy and quick. An amazing solution for everyone who is into business automation. Excited to see how it develops! **What do you dislike about Parsio.io?** Extremely useful but a bit expensive: could've been cheaper to be more affordable for small companies **What problems is Parsio.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm receiving dozens of client invoices every day so it's super helpful to be able to parse all the data from them and have them in an Excel sheet ### 6.
