What problems is Paro.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

For those of you considering Paro as an outsourced bookkeeping service, stay away. We used their service for four (4) months for The Family Pet, and found their "accountants/ bookkeepers" are essentially incompetent, and their customer support is atrocious. All for the ridiculous price of $750/month.

Paro.ai is trying to solve all finance and accounting-related tasks by automating them using knowledge from domain experts and building artificial intelligence-based solutions on top of the existing knowledge base.
