What do you like best?

Everything. Ease of use. Adaptability to many types of workflows. Flawless electronic Signature integration. The ability to easily create users and set specific permissions for them. Comprehensive redline analysis capabilities. The ability to get up and running nearly instantly versus the high cost and time consuming implementation timelines offered by competitors. What do you dislike?

Nothing really. Program team is responsive to any bugs that pop up and implement feature requests in a timely fashion. So far the software has been very reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's okay to be choosy and demo many solutions when looking for the perfect fit for your organization. I chose Parley Pro because it was ready to go on day one, did not have implementation fees or limits on users (in our tier), was easily adaptable to any kind of workflow (many of our clients are government and we can't force them to interact with software in a particular way), had robust redlining and collaboration functionality, and kept an audit log of all activity and uploads into the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

All of our contracts are now in one place, meta-tagged, searchable, and tracked. I receive updates when a contract is about to renew or expire, and I know at what stage every contract in the system is in before and after execution.
