Parafoil Reviews & Product Details

Parafoil is leadership intelligence for people leaders. It analyzes how managers lead in the work they already do, like meetings, and turns that into private guidance for each manager and evidence for the organization. Each manager gets a private read on how they lead, with one specific thing to try next. People teams get leading indicators of performance across the organization: manager effectiveness, where teams are under strain, and whether leadership programs change how people lead. Parafoil can replace the annual engagement survey or run alongside it. Parafoil works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and note-takers such as Granola. Analysis runs on the host's own device, there are no voiceprints, and individual transcripts stay private to the manager. Parafoil is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
