**What do you like best about Paradigm IQ?**

Parts of their training were valid and useful.

**What do you dislike about Paradigm IQ?**

They don't follow through on what is agreed upon. Unprepared to deliver professional level services. The errors and poor presentation can undermine DEI efforts. When feedback is given with requests to rectify the issue, they do not follow up and cancel on you last minute for months on end.

**What problems is Paradigm IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They actually ended up creating more problems than they solved. The poor feedback on their presentation put next years DEI Training budget on the chopping block.
