Paraakh Reviews & Product Details

Hiring teams often spend hours screening resumes, conducting early interviews, and coordinating assessments—only to discover later that a candidate doesn’t actually have the skills required for the role. Paraakh helps solve that problem by giving recruiters a smarter way to assess, verify, and shortlist candidates before they reach the interview stage. With Paraakh, you can create AI-powered assessments based on the actual job description and personalize them using a candidate’s CV, LinkedIn profile, or GitHub profile. Instead of giving every applicant the same generic test, you can evaluate candidates against the skills and experience that actually matter for the role. You can run technical assessments, coding tests, aptitude tests, role-specific evaluations, and AI-powered interviews from one platform. Paraakh also includes built-in proctoring to help you verify that assessment results are genuine. Depending on your setup, you can monitor webcam activity, screen sharing, tab switching, fullscreen changes, and other suspicious behavior during the assessment. Once candidates complete an assessment, recruiters can review scores, responses, proctoring evidence, and overall performance from a single dashboard. Qualified candidates can then move directly into the next interview or screening stage without having to enter the same information again. Paraakh is especially useful for recruitment agencies, staffing companies, HR teams, and growing businesses that handle multiple roles and candidates at the same time. Instead of relying only on resumes or spending recruiter hours on first-round screening, your team gets structured evidence of what each candidate can actually do. Use Paraakh to: * Create assessments using AI * Personalize tests using real candidate profiles * Run coding, aptitude, and skill-based assessments * Conduct AI-powered interviews * Proctor assessments with webcam and screen monitoring * Automatically evaluate and shortlist candidates * Manage multi-stage screening workflows * Move verified candidates directly into interviews The goal is simple: spend less time screening the wrong candidates and more time speaking with the right ones.
