Moreover, zero technical knowledge is required to use this making it friendly for users from all departments. **What do you dislike about Papyrs?** I would be lying through my teeth if I write anything negative here regarding Papyrs. There is nothing at all to dislike. This intranet product is at par with the best in the industry. **What problems is Papyrs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Papyrs have to be the best intranet solution. I used it for communication, content management, task management such as document storage area, business events and news, business calendar, online status of colleagues, address book, issue tracking and numerous other things. ### 3. Papyrs assists you in working with co-workers or clients in a much better way than you are currently used to. Papyrs is a very impressive piece or art which you have to use it first to understand how beneficial it is. **What do you dislike about Papyrs?** Cons for a perfect product like Papyrs hardly exist. However, since this section asks me to put anything that I dislike has to be only 30-day free demo trial that comes along with it. **Recommendations to others considering Papyrs:** Look no further, and sign up for a demo account the moment you need something like this for your small/medium enterprise. This is a stunning software where you will almost love everything, including the interface and I also believe you will find it hard to experience ANY bug at all and it runs smoothly. **What problems is Papyrs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Papyrs is not just limited to Intranet, because it can be used for several purposes such as contact & document management, collaboration of team etc. Use this and get wow'ed. ### 4. The intuitive interface allows you to build intranets very quickly without the need for tech staff. I love the easy integration with Google for business (though we are currently using it with Microsoft). **What do you dislike about Papyrs?** Now that we've shifted to work-from-home, the single sign-on and access for remote staff have occasionally glitched, which locks people out. **What problems is Papyrs solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can quickly share employee manuals, travel/expense policies, links to budgets and budget updates, and other useful information that staff needs to get their jobs down. This has significantly reduced the number of requests for information that typically occupy the time of HR or Finance staff. ### 5. Just drag and drop where you want things and set fonts and sizes and you are good to go. Setting the personality for the page is quite easy and the tools are adequate for the job. **What do you dislike about Papyrs?** Sometimes things get cluttered and confusing. It's something you need to get used to. It's also not as customization as you would want it but there is only so much they can do. **Recommendations to others considering Papyrs:** Great for team collaborations between departments. Also a great tool for those with little to no web design experience. **What problems is Papyrs solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Papyrs as a guide for employees. Different departments have different pages with instructions on how to use the various tools that said department utilizes. Each page has an administrator and that admin will update the page as announcements roll out or changes are made. ### 6.
