PantryPOS Reviews & Product Details

PantryPOS is food pantry software for food banks, food pantries and multi-site pantry networks. It covers client intake (household eligibility, proxy pickups, signature capture), client-choice market checkout, FIFO inventory with expiration warnings, lot and barcode recall tracing, cold-chain temperature logs, waste tracking, donation tax-receipt letters, volunteer scheduling, appointments and pre-orders, and TEFAP/USDA Foods reporting with the records a monitor asks for: who picked up, every eligibility declaration, a printable signed distribution log, and TEFAP stock reconciled by lot. Each State’s TEFAP rules are built in for all 50 States and DC. It works offline and syncs later. Pricing: $39 per site per month, 30-day free trial with no card.
