Pair2FA Reviews & Product Details

Pair2FA lets teams share two-factor authentication (TOTP) codes for accounts they log into together, without handing out the underlying secret key. A secret is stored once, encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and the rotating six-digit code is generated on demand for teammates granted access. Permissions work in two layers: a workspace role (Owner, Admin, Member) controls membership and billing, while a per-account grant (Viewer or Manager) controls each shared login. Workspace membership alone grants no access - every account is shared explicitly. Viewers see only the live code. Managers can also grant access to others. Exporting the raw secret is a separate permission requiring re-authentication, and every grant, revoke and export is written to an audit log. Used by agencies managing client accounts, e-commerce sellers working with assistants, real estate teams, and engineering teams with shared infrastructure logins. Free for 2 members and 3 accounts. Team plan $9.99/month.
