PactAlert Reviews & Product Details

Upload any signed contract and PactAlert reads it for you, so you never miss the date that costs you money. Agencies, consultancies, and other services firms juggle dozens of client agreements, and the obligations that hurt most are rarely the ones on a calendar. A retainer auto-renews because the 30-day notice window slipped by. A deliverable buried in a SOW gets missed. A client sign-off quietly gates your next invoice. PactAlert catches all of it. Import a contract from DocuSign or Google Drive, or just drag and drop it, and PactAlert's AI extracts every obligation in seconds: notice periods, renewals, deliverables, review dates, SLAs, and payment terms. Each one becomes a tracked date with reminders well ahead of the deadline. The difference is when PactAlert alerts you. Most contract tools warn you on the renewal date, when it is already too late to act. PactAlert alerts you during the notice period, while the window to renegotiate, cancel, or act is still open. That is the whole point: protection while you can still use it. Your obligations do not sit in yet another dashboard you have to remember to check. They push as tasks into Jira, Trello, and Notion, so deadlines land where your team already works. Setup takes about five minutes, and the free plan tracks your first three contracts with no credit card. Your contracts are encrypted, stay yours, and are never used to train any model.
