PactaHQ Reviews & Product Details

PactaHQ is an electronic signature platform that streamlines document signing workflows while embedding proof of authenticity directly into completed PDFs. The platform allows proof to travel with the document rather than storing evidence in a separate database. Users upload PDFs, place signature and input fields, configure recipient details and signing order, and send private signing links. Signers verify their identity via one-time email codes without creating accounts. Signed documents are cryptographically sealed with Ed25519 digital signatures for tamper-evident verification. Security features include hash-chained audit trails and SHA-256 hashed signing links to ensure data integrity and prevent unauthorized access. The platform supports seven field types, sequential and parallel signing orders, reusable templates, automatic reminders, and expiration dates. All plans offer unlimited documents, signers, audit trails, and sealed PDFs with ESIGN Act and UETA compliance.
