While Pacejet offers a solid solution, I was dissatisfied with their sales tactics. Whether intentional or not, they initially misquoted us—only to reveal additional costs after payment. This happened repeatedly: first, we were charged extra for a function that wasn’t originally included; then, a feature covered in the initial SOW was later excluded, requiring further payment; and finally, a third instance arose where undisclosed costs were introduced without prior communication. This wasted valuable warehouse resources and added unnecessary costs to our operations.
