Paak.club Reviews & Provider Details

Behind every goal, every try, every medal, there is a volunteer club manager who spent their evening on a spreadsheet. In France alone, 360,000 sports associations rely on 3.5 million volunteers — most of whom have never had access to a professional management tool. The result: 8 to 15 hours per week lost to administration instead of spent on the field. Paak is the sports club management platform built to fix that. Complete club management in one place. Paak covers the full lifecycle of a sports club: member and athlete registration with household grouping, online payment collection via Mollie (no hidden fees), team planning with automated licence validation, volunteer management with qualification tracking, season scheduling, emergency protocols, real-time performance tracking across 37 metrics, newsletter and club communication, sponsorship management, and equipment distribution. Built for sport, not retrofitted. Unlike generic association tools, Paak is sport-specific by design. Each of the 14 supported sports — from football to karate, rugby to swimming — comes with its own statistical fields, formation editor, scoring modes, and discipline configurations. You manage a judo club differently from a football academy. Your software should know that. EU data sovereignty — not a badge, an architecture. Every component of Paak runs on European-owned infrastructure: OVHcloud (France) for hosting, Mollie (Netherlands) for payments, Hanko (Germany) for passwordless authentication, Brevo (France) for email. No data leaves the European Union. No provider is subject to the US CLOUD Act or FISA Section 702. For clubs handling minors' personal data — which is most sports clubs — this is not a marketing claim. It is a legal necessity. Compliance built in. Paak is the only sports club management software with native honorabilité tracking (French law of March 8, 2024), ensuring that all supervisors working with minors are verified. GDPR compliance is built into the data model, not bolted on as a module. Generous freemium. Clubs with up to 100 members use Paak for free — with real functionality, not a crippled trial. Paak One (€29/month) adds payment automation, reminders, and family discounts for up to 500 members. Paak Pro (€99/month) unlocks unlimited members, live performance tracking, advanced analytics, and newsletter tools. Who uses Paak? Grassroots sports clubs, volunteer-run associations, multi-sport organisations, and growing academies across Europe. Whether you run a 40-member karate dojo or a 1,500-member multi-sport club, Paak adapts to your structure — not the other way around. Founded by a former Big Four consultant who spent over a decade in sports association management, Paak is built by someone who has lived the problem from the inside. Less admin. More sport.
