Ozync Reviews & Product Details

Ozync is salon management software that transforms iPads or Android tablets into self-service check-in kiosks. Guests can check in at the entrance or scan QR codes from their own devices to join the queue. Customizable kiosk themes align with business branding. A real-time TV queue display shows guests their position in line and can feature promotional videos or branded content. Digital waivers capture signatures on tablets or mobile devices, storing and emailing documents automatically. SMS notifications alert guests when their service provider is ready, replacing verbal announcements. The platform integrates walk-in queues with online bookings, allowing businesses to manage both from one interface. Stripe Terminal integration handles payments. Multi-location management and analytics provide insights into operations across multiple sites.
