**What do you like best about Oxylabs?**

I like the ease of using residential proxies and the way that you can use it in most websites. The speeds and quality of the IPs are the best I have ever seen. I really like the analityics in the control panel, it gives you all the control that you need to see how much you are expending and in what websites are you using your proxies. The price/quality I would say its a 10 of 10, very competitive princing compared to other providers that can't have the same speeds or IP quality.

**What do you dislike about Oxylabs?**

I would like to see cheaper plans instead of the usual business plans that some reach close to 100$. Would be nice if it had more variety on the cheap end.

**What problems is Oxylabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The speeds are very important to my business and I searched everywhere for a provider with also a fair price. That's when I found Oxylabs.

Oxylabs has good pricing and is rather reliable in returning scraped results.

The documentation is a little complicated and could be improved. It'd also be great to add additional options to the screenshot api. Currently it's only possible to get a full render of the page and it would be nice to just get a 16:9 (or any other custom format) of websites.

We use Oxylabs to scrape and extract data from websites and show the results to our customers to help them with purchasing the right products.

Downsides , are very little, like it don't give proxy in format. I have to manually format it and paste it in my server. Minor faults.

I'd like the prices to be lower :-)
Some targets are restricted - e.g. some banking or government institutions.
I'd like a pay-per-GB option for ISP proxies, not just a per-IP.

**What do you like best about Oxylabs?**

I'm using their Web Unlocker api and I have only great things to say about it:
1. For my usecase, which is not a trivial one (scraping data-dome, cloudfare etc. protected websites), I got 90%+ success rates
2. Prices are very good.

**What do you dislike about Oxylabs?**

Latency could be a bit lower, but it's not very annoying considering how well protected websites are.

I liked flexibility, Oxylabs allows you to select a country per rented IP that is really useful for scraping regional websites that change their content based in what region the user is located. And it is super easy to integrate.

Rolling all your rented IP addresses is quite expensive for usage that requires it really often, current pricing is $1 per 1 IP.

- Poor incident management when their unblocker failed on one of our target sites
