I think there can be improvements when it comes to session holding, even in base offerings. And a on-screen demo or walk-through on how to set up the config JSON can help for new members. Implementation was straight forward, and I didn't feel pressured to convert to a paid plan until I had completed enough testing to ensure that my use case would be fully supported.
