Owini Reviews & Product Details

Owini is an AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) and lead-engagement platform built for automotive dealerships. It combines automated lead response, conversational AI, voice AI, omnichannel messaging, inventory marketing, and sales-pipeline management in a single system designed around how car dealerships operate. When a lead arrives from a source such as CarGurus, AutoTrader, Cars.com, Facebook, or a dealership's own website, Owini's AI engages it within seconds through text message, email, and AI voice calls. It answers buyer questions using the dealership's live inventory, qualifies the prospect, and schedules sales appointments, then continues following up automatically until the lead replies, opts out, or books. The platform brings communication from SMS, email, phone, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google Business Messages into a single shared inbox, and tracks every opportunity through a nine-stage sales pipeline. It also synchronizes with dealership inventory systems and provides reporting on sales activity and team performance. Owini's main features include: • AI lead response and automated follow-up across text, email, and voice • A Voice AI agent that handles inbound and outbound phone calls • An omnichannel inbox that unifies seven or more messaging channels • Dynamic Facebook advertising and a Vehicle Poster tool that publishes inventory to Facebook Marketplace, Timeline, and Groups • DMS inventory synchronization and a nine-stage CRM pipeline • Real-time analytics for speed-to-lead, response time, and close rate Owini is used by both franchise and independent car dealerships that want to respond to internet leads faster, reduce manual follow-up work, run inventory marketing, and manage the entire sales process from one platform without adding headcount.
