## About ovid myoffice
OVID MyOffice is a Dynamic QR Code and Location based Attendance Software. The staff just scans a QR code and attendance is captured. It is very simple. The QR code is display on a designated and approved Smartphone or Tablet. Also, each of the Staff has to get their Smartphones approved by the business owner on a separate portal provided by us. This software is intended to be used in Factories, Educational Institutions , restaurants, shopping malls, schools, colleges , corporate offices. It helps us get rid of the expensive Biometric devices which require heavy maintenance and has its own operational headaches. Also, in MyOffice, you can replace the Attendance Machine with any Smartphone at anytime and just approve it to make it functional again. We have Android , iOS apps for this Softwares for capturing the attendance. Also, the Employees can see and search their previous attendance logs in the same app at anytime. The QR code refreshes every 10 seconds and the QR code once used for one attendance log cannot be used by the next person. This is for improved security and to avoid proxy attendance. Also, the App captures the location of the Attendance Machine as well as the device of the Staff. Also, one Employee can have only one mobile device approved and on the same device another employee cannot login and use it.
